Because this was our first foray into example writing, we worked through the organizer together. I wanted to make sure the opinion and reasons were solid before we worked on the intro and conclusion. Interests: Students enjoy talking about and studying animals. Tactile learners can write their first drafts on sentence strips and use this format to put the events in order before they transcribe their work onto writing paper.
